Cyclic peptide

Today, cyclization is a common strategy for improving the pharmacological properties of peptide linear precursors, including affinity and specificity, proteolytic stability, and/or solubility. Our team has extensive experience in the synthesis of cyclic peptides, cyclization strategies including single/double/ triple disulfide bonds, click cyclization, lactones, lactam, RCM, thioether cyclization, bicyclic peptides, etc. The cyclization position can include head-tail, head-side chain, side-chain - side chain, side chain - tail, etc.

Modified peptide

Depending on the needs of our customers, we can offer many types of modifications . Including N-terminal modification, C-terminal modification, dye/fluorescence labeling, site-specific modification, isotope labeling, PEGylation, DOTA/NOTA labeling, etc. In addition to side chain and skeleton modifications, we can also integrate non-natural amino acids into the sequence.

Automatic high throughput polypeptide synthesizer

For routine peptide synthesis, we use an automatic synthesizer to accelerate the SPPS part. Our composers include CEM Liberty Blue (accelerated coupling technology capable of completing a 20AA sequence in less than 2 hours), Biotage Syro II (parallel synthesis of up to 96 sequences, Perfect for initial SAR screening), CSBio (parallel synthesis of up to 3 sequences at 50-500mg), and Symphony X (parallel synthesis of up to 24 sequences at 5-10 mg). With these advanced synthesizers, as well as a variety of prep-HPLC equipment installed in-house, the compounds you need can be ready in a matter of days.
